Placing Orders

Customer service is very important to us – we’re here to help. If you have any questions, get in touch! You can call us Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm EST on (954) 727-3803 or email us with the details on our contact us page.

Orders can be placed by phone, email or online. As soon as the order has been processed, we will email a confirmation. Once payment has been received (or for business account clients, if the account is in terms), we will pick and dispatch the order. When the order has been dispatched, we will send an additional email with tracking information.

Shipping & delivery information

FREE SHIPPING included on all orders in the United States*, no matter the size or cost of the order. Free shipping orders excludes shipping addresses to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, US Minor Outlying Islands, and the US Virgin Islands.

Wondering exactly when your order will be leaving our warehouse? Please find some important information to give you a better idea.

A “Business Day” is Monday through Friday (with the exception of observed holidays)
Your in-stock shipment will leave our warehouse based on the following schedule:
– Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM EDT, will be shipped the same day.
– Orders placed 
Monday through Friday after 5:00 PM EDT, will be shipped the next non-holiday business day.
– Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next non-holiday business day (usually the following Monday)

Returns

Customers are entitled to return nonconforming goods – other than printed or bespoke products – and receive a refund or credit on the sum paid. In order to process this, you must contact us with this request within 5 working days of receipt of goods and we must receive the goods, undamaged, at our warehouse within 14 working days of receipt.

Returns, other than nonconforming goods, will be subject to a collection fee (quote available on request) and 20% restocking fee. Return of faulty or defective goods shall be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Please note: Vitaveg eco packaging will not accept any return of goods that has not been agreed beforehand. Any items without a return number will not be accepted. The Vitaveg eco packaging Customer Services team should be contacted to obtain a return number: info@vitavegecopackaging.com.

Efficient deliveries from Vegware to distributors: Rather than delivering a few cases, or a pallet, directly to sites, Vegware can send full 26-pallet truck loads into distribution hubs, maximising efficiency by reducing carbon and overheads.

Efficient deliveries from the distributor to you: Distributors have carefully planned fuel-efficient delivery routes, so adding in some cases of Vegware results in very little added cost, while being more carbon-efficient. It also allows you to consolidate your deliveries from the same distributor, so you can receive your Vegware along with other goods you’ve ordered from them.

Local support: Distributors have a local presence which should mean exemplary service and an account manager on hand to help.
